Parktown Residences

Parktown Residence is a new mixed development situated at Tampines Ave 11 in District 18, with a leasehold tenure of 99 years. The condominium will consists of commercial component and residential units up to 1190 units. A bus interchange, a community club and a hawker centre will be integrated into the development as well. It is expected to achieve its TOP status in 2028.
